Understand to suggested suspension settings

I am amateur Racer in Turkey, I need to help for suspension set up for 2009 CBR 600RR
He mention he is 145 pound, same as me I dont understand XX turns out (from fully hard or soft or clockwise or anti clockwise)Please help for settings
Suggested settings below CBR600RR ('09) 6/09 Front preload: 10 turns out Front rebound damping : 0.75 turns out Front comp. damping: 2 turns out Rear preload: Position 6 of 10 Rear preload: 2 turns out Rear comp. damping: 10 clicks out Note: Ride height: 7mm from triple clamp to fork tube cap top ???
And also i need 2009 CBR600RR factory suspension settings

When we state "XX turns out" or "XX clicks out", we mean turning the adjuster out from full stiff, meaning counterclockwise ("anti-clockwise") from the point of the maximum adjustment.
NOTE: DO NOT BOTTOM OUT THE ADJUSTER HARD. Turn the adjuster carefully until you feel some resistance; do not go further than that. Otherwise you may damage the needle/seat that controls the damping flow adjustment.
