What constitutes a full term in relation to turning suspension adjusters (not click-style, of course)

Is it 2 full revolutions? Or Just 1?

Someone explain to me in great detail... i'm a visual learner and for some reason can't grasp what a "full" turn is.

A full turn would be one complete rotation. If it helps, put a sharpie mark at the base of the adjuster in line with the screwdriver slot for a reference so you can see how far you have turned it.  I generally make a mental note of adjuster position and adjust accordingly.  I have in the past written my settings down in a note book for future reference.
