In your article by Bradly Adams titled Tire management, I was really disappointed at the lack of information.  The few things he did mention about tire wear were as basic as taking a newbie riding course.

I would like to see a comprehensive article on this subject that shows pics of tire wear caused from specific reasons, like - under inflated, cold tear, greasy, suspension set wrong, over inflated and other things so that I can try to understand what to look for and what action I can take.

He even suggests he is going to cover "making your rubber last longer" then simply throws that off to proper inflation.

I totally felt like that article was a waste of my time and your magazine will have to improve if I'm going to continue to subscribe.

The purpose of the Riding Skills Series column is intended to help novice riders get a better grasp on the skills necessary to understand and handle their bike better in a short, easy to digest 2-page format...not to inundate them with photos and descriptions of a complex subject better left to a full-length feature story.

And speaking of that particular subject, there's only a few situations of mechanically-induced abnormal tire wear on a motorcycle that can truly be graphically displayed in a photo.

CrazyJoe, you ask for too much.  It is enough to cover the basics - to open eyes to what goes on.

I have purchased Dave Moss' CD and I've engaged his services at the track and I have listened intently to his freely given explanations but beyond the basics, interpretation of the complex of pressure, temperature, suspension, machine type/power, and riding style is still beyond me.
