I own a 2010 R1 Yamaha and weigh bout 205 lbs with gear. What suspension setup is best for me? Please give total clicks and turns on front and rear. Thanks for your time.

Suggested Suspension Settings FRONT Spring preload—2 lines showing on adjuster; rebound damping—10 clicks out from full stiff; compression damping—15 clicks out from full stiff REAR Spring preload—5 turns out from full stiff (hydraulic adjuster); rebound damping—20 clicks out from full stiff; high-speed compression damping—3 turns out from full stiff; low-speed compression damping— 3 turns out from full stiff
Those are the settings from our literbike comparison test. You're a bit heavier than our average tester, so you may want to try stiffer preload - 1 line or even none showing on the front, 3 turns out from full stiff on the rear.

Most of your settings seem to be standard to some degree. So if I set my preload abit harder..do I also harden my rebound and compression to fit my weight, compared to the standard settings?

Not necessarily. The damping settings are more dependent on your riding style and preference than your weight. Try using those as a starting point before making any changes.
