scorpio motorcycle alarm

Hello everyone this is my first post and would like to get some information about the plugins with this alarm system found at motorcycletoystore.com

My question is, does anyone have experience with a perimeter sensing alarm system and is it more of a pain in the butt to have or is this perimeter sensor really worth the cost and potential hassle of setting off the alarm more than necessary?

While the Scorpio is a good alarm system, we've found perimeter sensing alarms to be more of an annoyance than a deterrent. It's the same as with car alarms; if the thing keeps going off, eventually no one is going to care. Better to surprise potential thieves than annoy the general area around your bike.
