I take it that you're a new rider.

Good choices in no particular order:

Kawasaki Versys
Kawasaki ER6n
Kawasaki ZZR600
Kawasaki Ninja 650R
Kawasaki KLR650
Suzuki GSX650F
Suzuki Gladius
Suzuki SV650
Suzuki V-Strom 650
Suzuki DR650
Yamaha FZ6

Make sure you take an MSF Ridercourse before doing anything.

You did not give us an idea of which way you lean.
Dirt, enduro, long-distance, UJM/standard, GT, Replica, race (road), trials, etc.
Because you neglected to id your preference, I side with Kento (you are beginner).
This is not a negative thing--just a fact.
I was going to suggest the Ducati Streetfighter as it has a 33" seat height and a comfortable seat-to-pet relationship for those of long inseam.
The power of that bike and its other handling characteristics, however, are too much for a nube.

I presumed that you have a long inseam due to your height.
What is your inseam?
Boehm is 6'2" with 32" inseam;
Carrithers is 6'4" with 34" inseam;
I'm 6'3" with 34" inseam.

Kento's suggestions are good ones.  Sit on each bike and see how they fit...sit on them for a long time in the dealership=>you'd be surprised what you'll discover after 10 minutes versus on/off in one minute.

If you are, indeed, just getting started, stick to Kento's list.  You'll live longer.

IMO KTM motorcycles might be worth a look depending on your needs.

I'm 6'2" and ~220lbs. I have a Kawasaki Versys and am quite happy with how it fits me.

Oh yeah, 33" inseam.

Hi,

I'm brand new to motorcycle riding as of this year.  I took the MSF course in 2008, but I couldn't afford a motorcycle until 2009.  I'm 6'0, 160 lbs., and I purchased an '09 Kawasaki 650R.

I find that my wrists and arms are just fine, but I found that the seat position on it doesn't suit me as well as I like.  My lower back gets inadvertantly rounded for some reason when I ride (picture it as being slightly hunched over at your waist and sitting more on the back of your butt than the actual "seat" of it).  I get some lower back soreness out of it, which sucks, because I opted not for the more RR styles of bikes that were "hunched" over.  I found later that my back actually tends to be straigter on those bikes, due to needing to reach forward farther I instinctively sit back farther on the seat to straighten out.

As for legs, only problem is if I tuck on the bike my knees tighten up more and after about 2 hours they start to be a little stiff.

That's my $0.02 on the 650R.  Do I think it's a bad bike for tall riders?  No, probably just the way I happen to ride it.  I like the ZZR600, though, as based on stats on it, supposedly it's an 1" higher at the seat than the 650R.

Five seven,

You might try finding an upholstery shop nearby and inquire about raising the overall saddle height about an inch or so with additional padding. We've seen it done to many bikes with excellent results for both the bike and rider.
