i used to own a r6 and and now im buying another bike and i dont know which one to get. just wondering if anyone had any advice.

Which one do you think looks better? And is there a dealer of either brand that can give you a better deal?

i think they both look great. but im worried about hieght and wieght im 5'5" 140 lbs and the 04' r6 i was on the tips of my toes and that was just getting uncomfortable after a while. and looks rediculous.

I'm 5'8" and ride an '07 R6.  I know what you mean about having trouble getting the feet down.  It sucks!  The R6 has a high seat.  If you're looking for the more "street friendly" of the two you listed, the CBR is probably a better bet.  Sport Rider has ranked it near the top in recent years.  Although, I believe the ZX-6R took the crown away from Honda in this years competition.
