G2X Brake Pressure and Throttle Position for Data Acquisition

Folks,
I'm wondering who in this esteemed group might have RacePak G2X data acquisition set up on their bike.  I've had a G2X for quite a while, and I'd like to add a brake pressure sensor and throttle position sensor to the system.  I'd really like to talk to somebody who has done this, and if they have experience on a GSX-R, even better.

I have an '08 GSX-R 1000.  Below is a video from a recent track day near Houston.

Run it in high quality mode for the best image.

Thanks and regards,

Racepak has a brake pressure sensor, you may have to get creative to install it into your brake system, but it has the Vnet connector and will plug right into your G2X. For throttle position, you can get a generic Vnet module that just has pigtails, and connect it directly to the tps wore (pink/black on GSX-Rs at the ECU). They also have a four-port box that will let you connect four different things in a similar way. That may be a cheaper option if you're going to add more sensors later. One option is that you can wire the brake switch into the box, so you'd see if the brake was off or on (as opposed to pressure)

I can't find the pigtail Vnet module or the box on the Racepak site right now, but I'm sure if you call they'll set you up.

Andrew,
Thanks so much for the response.  I hope you are doing well.  I went ahead and ordered a throttle position sensor and an event sensor.  For now, I'm going to start with recording when I'm on the brakes and not worry about pressures.  I'm hoping to have everything wired up for a track event in two weeks.

Anyway, it will be interesting to get the brake and throttle position sensor data going for the new videos.  Here is the latest...  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o4G019NskAk

I sincerely hope you are doing well; I have the utmost respect for your writing and contributions to the motorcycle community.
