I found this suspention seting table for my kawasaki zx6r and I dont understand it.http://www.sportrider.com/bikes/146_suspension_settings/index5.html

It says like, example: front rebound damping - 7 clicks out
What does that mean??? 7 clicks from stock position or  7 clicks from the full clockwise position?
If anyone can help i would appreciate it.
And one more thing    it doesnt say what is the riders weight?

That means clicks or turns out from maximum or "full clockwise position".

The suspension settings are meant as a starting point. You should always adjust the static sag to your particular weight. Follow the procedure in the suspension setup guide.
