I have an 08 GSXR with Yoshi slip on pipes. Wondering if I need a power commander for optimum performance.

For "optimum performance", yes.

I have a 2002 F4i with a Two Brothers Slip-on and K&N filter and just ordered a Power Commander III to optimize everything.  Good Choice?

Yes. Unlike some of the other fuel controllers on the market, the PC III allows you to lean out the mixture as well as richen it.

Thanks for the response.  I am just getting into sport/touring this bike and it seemed a little lacking in the mid ranges.  The research I've done makes me think the pc should help a lot in that area.
