I noticed that amazingly, there is not a SINGLE FZ1 listed in the Suspension area of tech.
Anyone have some recommended settings for a 200# rider.
BTW, yes, i'm going to buy new springs and most likely revalve the shock.
But "until then" I wonder if there is anything I can do?

I would never recommend the "suggested" suspension settings in any publication any way. You need the bike set up for you. When you re-valve and get the correct springs for your weight. The shop should do the setup before you ride away, if not find a new shop. If you want to do the setup before you get everything, the article at this URL will give you a guide to set up your bike so it works for you.
