Which Ninja for me?

Hey guys,
Just a quick question....I am 6'6 and 275 lbs. My experience thus far in riding was a 79 Honda 750k that I rode for a summer 3 years ago. I am now looking at any 2000-2002 Ninja 600, 750, or maybe a 900. I have ridden a 750 once before, but I am not sure which bike would be best for me. I will be riding the bike for a minimum of an hour and a half a day when I do get to ride. Which bike would be most comfortable for the trips but also still forgiving for a still newer rider? I wish I had the opportunity to sit on all 3, but I don't, so I'm relying on youall. I could even consider a 2003 636, but I just don't want to look absolutely too big for the bike.  Thanks in advance!

I think you should check an 1998 ZX9R

Good ergos and lots of power.

Lots of used ones around as well.

Ive owned one for 4 years now.

My cousin who is 6'6 bought the FZ1 which is a very

good bike as well. It was the only one that fit him
