Recommend racing school and venue in Europe

Hi All
Could people please give some recommendations for track racing school with bikes for hire in mainland Europe. It would be my first time riding on a track and cannot trasport my bike. We are looking to travel as a group of six, all novices on track (all with ample road experience)
