I have been reading some of the older stuff on here and it surprises me that you guys don't know more chicks who ride... I am one of them! Maybe you should come to Utah! I dunno if it is cause I am heavy in the car and bike scene here or what but I know tons of girls who ride and/or have drag bikes or do track days out at Miller Motorsports Park. It is really no big deal to see girls my age (23) on at least a 600 fly by in a pink helmet with a ponytail or braid peeking out the back...
BTW... I am still looking for people around SLC to ride with! Hit me up!

Funny, because I don't know any other chicks who ride - I've seen them up in NYC, but down in Allentown (PA), mostly dudes. I've become "The Biker Chick" of A-Town

No not yet... but it is looking more and more like it will be the zx6 more and more everyday.... mostly just because the financing is a way better deal. The apr on the gsxr is 4% higher than the zx6 and money talks so...

Hi,
I just picked up my new bike yesterday -Suzuki 500 - and I am taking the moto safety class July 12th, AND I live in Salt Lake!
After July 19th I'd love to go ride, if you don't mind me being old enough to be your mom! My son is your age.

Yes, he is the one who got me riding. When he got his first bike 2 years ago (91 CBR 600) the mom in me was scared, but obviously I've overcome that! He just got a 04 GSXR 750 and it's a beautiful bike, but its too tall for me to ride. At least I could ride the CBR even if it was just in the Olympus High parking lot 
I have a friend who is taking the MSF classes with me and we are planning a ride up the Canyon Sunday morning after we are through with the class which is July 20th.

Very nice... It would be a cold day in hell before my mom rode with me but my dad is a fanatic!!! I appreciate the invite but I don't have my new bike just yet... We will have to get together soon though!

Cool, I will keep an eye on this thread. Good luck with the bike shopping, it nearly drove me crazy!
