Does anyone or Sport Rider have tested the Yamaha 2008 R6 and have a suggested suspension settings for it ?

Hi ,i got these settings from our weekly bike paper MCN for the '08' R6 ,i have set my bike up with these settings and have done a trackday and it handled very well,All settings are from fully turned in ,ride height front and rear remain the same as standard :
Front preload 2 lines ( 6 turns )
Front Rebound 12 clicks
Front High Compression 2 turns
Front Low Compression 8 clicks
Rear Preload 5th position
Rear Rebound 9 clicks
Rear High Compression 2 turns
Rear Low Compression 8 clicks

Said this before and i'll say it again:  "Never use recommended or the "suggested" suspension settings in any publication in any way for any reason.  You need the bike set up for you.  Each rider is different, each bike is different.  Use the article at the URL below and set the bike up to work for you!"
