hey Mr.R-Man!
thanks for the kool responds, now that I have sometime to sit down and my mind clear, I'm just recalling in my head my MSF teachers way back 15yrs ago that they stress on excellent balance at the very low speeds, proper throttle control, clutch release, swerving at low speeds to avoid small pockets of oil or dirt mixed with gravels etc... My problem was that I was  counting on too much of PAST CONFIDENT THAT I'VE NEVER BEEN DOWN! which means EGO that should have been flush down the toilet before the helmet was even put on. and last of all getting thrown off the bike for some odd reason was never a question of throwing in the towel. I got up  from that embarassing scence, look at the downed bike and said to my self, I'm going to eliminate this ego that almost killed me and master the art of motorcycling. a light came on in my head that it takes a skilled and a smart rider to enjoy the art of motorcycling. I hope this helps anyone out there that will be reading this.....

Hey yerkool,
Glad to hear that getting tossed won't keep ya off!
First time I got bucked off, I barely new how to ride as I was teaching myself, and wasn't even wearing a helmet!  I saw Stars, like in the Cartoons, as I sat next to the Bike, trying to clear my head and figure out what I did wrong.  I got back on, pissed off at myself for not staying focused!
Every Ride is a learning experience.  Every event in which your reach your limits is a chance to see what you need to do to get beyond them, and the moment you loose sight of that you are headed for trouble!
This really is an 'Art' as you put it.  Finding your Balance with the Machine is a fantastic feeling, and Mastering it is a Life Long Challenge.
Best to you yerkool, and keep the rubber side down!
