Does anyone have the suspension settings for the 07 CBR600RR review? Sport Rider claims that they are now available in the suspension settings table but they are not there.

These are from the sport rider 600 comparison from may 2007.
front...spring preload: 10 turns out from full stiff; rebound damping: 2.5 turns out from full stiff; comp. damping: 2 turns out from full stiff; ride hieght: 4mm fork tube showing above triple clamp.
Rear....spring preload: position 4 from full soft; rebound damping: 2.5 turns from full stiff; comprssion damping: 14 clicks out from full stiff.
Hope this helps.
I use these but it is a little on the firm side.

SUGGESTED SUSPENSION SETTINGS FRONT Spring preload: 10 turns out from full stiff; Rebound damping: 2.5 turns out from full stiff; Compression damp ing: 2 turns out from full stiff; Ride height: 5mm fork tube showing above triple clamp REAR Spring preload: position 4 from full soft; Rebound damping: 2 turns out from full stiff; Compression damping: 21 clicks out from full stiff
I found these in an old article for bike of the year on this site. Looks like the rear settings are just a little softer than the other settings from the supersport shootout. I think the best thing would be to find somebody to help you set it up for you.

Thanks, I've been trying to set the sag and I'm not all that happy with the way the front shocks are reacting to the adjustments. So I just wanted to see what Sport Rider had done out of curiousity, I usually set my sag at 35mm front and 30mm rear, I'm 220 without gear, with gear and the preload all the way to stiff I can get a max sag out of it of 37mm which means I set my rear to 32mm. I find this odd as these are supposed to be 1.0/kg springs which should be good for my weight range. My free sag is 27mm front and 12mm rear, I usually like 20mm front and 10mm rear.

Never use recommended or the "suggested" suspension settings in any publication in any way for any reason. You need the bike set up for you. Each rider is different, each bike is different. Use the article at the URL below and set the bike up to work for you!
