tryna figure out how to change my faceshield

This is probably a dumb question but does anybody have a kbc vr-2. i cant figure out how to change the visor and they said it doesnt require tools....can anyone please help..thanks  

I'm not familiar with the KBC helmets but on my HJC helmets, when the visor is up you can push back on a spring loaded lock tab or mechanism. Whatever you want to call it. I'd look at the pivot points on the visor and find something that moves.
