2007 CBR 600RR....Could a person jump up to 190 tire from a 180 without any issues ??

yea, the difference is in width of the tire. as long as the rim size doesnt change your all set man. instead of 180mm wide, it will be 190mm wide.

Ok, so I read the article on tires someone posted and now I may be a bit in the dark... The new BOTY issue, they(sport rider) ran all three bikes.. including the CBR 600, on 190/55 tires out back. So whats up??

Yes, you can go with a 190. However, it will change the quickness of the turn-in of the bike. The 190 on a 5.5 inch rim will make the tire taller and drop you into a corner quicker. At the same time this will also slow your exit of the turn.
