Lowered bike wheelie trouble

Hey there! I've just started trying to do wheelies on my 2006 Ninja 636 that was lowered about 3" since I'm a shortie 
Can I do safe, decent sized wheelies on a bike lowered to this extent without damaging my bike?
Help!!!

a lot of kids i used to ride with last summer had lowered bikes. A few of them had 636's as well. They were into stunting and they constantly made their bikes bottom out from wheelies. And more so from their passengers. But i should say they aren't the most skilled riders out there. hence the "used to ride with them". Some of them can't drain their oil due to the plug being worn down so far. You just have to learn to control the landing with your throttle.
