Someone had mentioned to me that some time ago Sport Rider had an article that featured, I think it was a Honda CBR 900RR that turned 100,000 miles. I've been looking for it but unable to find, just wondering if anyone has seen it before or knows what I'm talking about. I could be wrong, it may have been somewhere else, but I'm pretty sure they said Sport Rider. I'm just curious to read through it though... I currently ride a 2004 Honda CBR 600 F4i that will be turning 100,000 miles within the next couple of months.
Any help appreciated!!
Oh and a few pics of my ride... just snapped a few tonight

I remember that article as a matter of fact I may still have the magazine. It was a 900 but it looked like *** The guy had dumped it a few times so the fairing was all different colors and if I remember right there was some duct tape on there for good measure.

Yes-I recall it. The article was at least 7 or 8 yrs ago now, but I remember one bike featured in particular-A Dr. in Cali had a 92 CBR 900 Fireblade with 325,000 miles on it, used mostly to commute, but also canyons and trackdays. Mismatched fairings, a few stators, an alternator, and a minor frame crack that was drilled and re-welded. I would like to know what the bike's fate was later on.
If I recall correctly, some of the other bikes were an older Interceptor, GPZ550, Goldwing, BMW R??, and an old haft drive Nighthawk 750S.

There was an article in Sport Rider and also in Consumer Motorcycle News. You are right, it was a CBR900RR.
