2002 Yamaha R1 Charging System Issue

Hello everyone,
I'm having problems with my 02 yamaha R1 charging system.  My battery will not recharge.  I replaced the stator, voltage rectifier, and battery.  For some reason, I can not figure why, my battery is still being drained and will not recharge.  I was told I did not need to replace the magneto, could that be my problem?  Any help you all could give will be greatly appreciated.

i have an 02 r1 that is doing the same thing. a brand new yuasa battery died 4 days after i put it in. did you check the main fuse and wiring?? what kind of battery did you get?
