I am selling my Alpinestars to upgrade to a set of Sidi Vertigo Corsa Air. Does anybody already have a set of Sidi's? If so, do the sizes run big/small?
I wear Skechers size 11, and thought I'd mention that to help reference whoever replies. Since Skechers are common, what size do you wear in relation to your Sidi's? I'm nervouse, because they're pricey, and I need to get the size right.
I bought my Alpinestars at 10.5. I typically buy everything small, and stretch it to conform to my shape. This includes gloves, leathers...etc. However, the Alpinestars didn't stretch enough, and the Sidi are just too tempting to not buy.
If any of you are thinking about getting your first set of boots, I suggest that you don't hesitate. Even a modest set will do wonders during a crash.

I wear a 10.5 and own a pair of the vertigo air boots in a size 45. They fit pretty well, but i don't think they will strecth very much.

I'm hoping the 46 fits, which is supposed to be a 11-11.5. I'm nervous because of the price. Do you think they're worth the money? The Alpinestars served me well through 5 crashes, but foot comfort (and vanity) are the reasons why I want the Sidi's...
