Buell reliability????

Does anyone know anything about Buell issues???  Looking into getting on one this year.  And its not like a sales person would tell me if anything was wrong with a bike hes trying to sell.  

The old tube frame Buells had some maintenance and reliability issues, but the new XB models are a different story.  I own a 2005 Firebolt XB9R and love it.  I would buy it and never look back.  Be cautious with your dealer though.  Many of them know very little about these bikes, and don't care to know.  My dealer is fantastic, he is very passionate and knowledgeable about the brand.  He's in Wisconsin, but makes great deals and great arrangements for out of state customers.  I can get you the info if you are interested.  Here is a great source of information on Buells:    Bad Weather Bikers.  This site should answer a lot of your questions.  Just use the XBoard or the Knowledge Vault sections.
