So i attended the show in NYC this past weekend (the new zx-10r looks much better in person than it does in pictures) and i got a question.  All day long I'd watch people sit on the bikes and bounce up and down and say this suspension is too stiff or too soft.  Do these people not realize they can adjust their suspension and that the stock settings work for like 3% of the population?  When i sat on the bikes i was looking for how it fit me knowing that stiffer springs would be in the works for any bike i buy.  Am i completely off base here or was i just cranky because the train was 95 degrees?

Some people just like to hear themselves talk. Or, it could have been the train.
I wonder what the percentile of sport bike riders that don't know the suspension is adjustable really is?

I have a hunch that the lion's share of people that go through "tire-kicking" routines, the deliver grim revelations at bike shows probably don't even have their license.

I was at the same show this Sunday in NYC and I noticed the same thing. I was glad I got to see some of the racing bikes up close such as the Jordan bike and the racing models for each company. I got some pictures too but I dont think you can upload them from my computer on here. Nice to see everything though.

Did you see the Buell XBRR?
I just read about it, and it sounded like a sweet looking bike.

If you don't mind sitting on a paint shaker at stop lights.

If you want to shake paint on the XBRR you will have to do it in the pit lane.
Factory production race bike, not legal for street use.
