One of my riding buddies crashed his bike this weekend. Other than a few bruises he's okay, thank goodness. But the plastic on the bike is another story. A coupla years ago I read in one of the bike mags a story on somebody who figured out how to weld plastic, Can't find the article. Could some one here either post the address or phone number of this business or post up a link to the article itself? An '03 cbr600rr would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

Depending on the location and extent of damage I highly recommend following the advice provided in the link Trevitt gave rather than considering plastic welding.  The actual method of plastic welding requires the plastic be gussetted then welded on both sides.  This requires lots of work and unless the welds on the outside of the bodywork are perfect you might as well buy new plastic.
