just giving out a warning if you buy a undertail for your zx 10.make sure to make a brace for the area that the license plate bracket was in.by putting on the undertail you lose 2 key bolts and it will void the warranty.just found out because of the tail section on mine started to crack near the mounting bolts right under the seat.there is no mention of this need or problem in the directions for the undertail

I have nothing but bad things about the hot bodies undertails. I even seen a picture of one guy on a gixxer and his tail melted! I dunno if it was from a bad install but still....

yeah i've heard bad things about them...even with the heat shield they melt plastic, you lose your tail cargo, and for the HP it's not worth it....looks sexy but so does a hi mount
