Hello
I'm new here, but I've been riding, on and off, for a couple of decades. Yeah, I'm old. Been riding an 01 ZRX1200. Really, the most fun bike, that I've ever owned.
Well, this weekend I bought a super nice 01 R1. I've had real sport bikes before,I had a 96 F3 and a 95 GSXR1100. But I can't believe what a great ride this R1 is. It handles better than anything I've ever ridden.
Anybody here have a suspension setup for a 200lb rider? It has brand new 208's on it now. I really can't imagin it handling any better, but I thought my ZRX was the S...t
Any help for a noob?

That version of the R1 is a great bike. Check here for settings:
Suggested suspension settings
Crank in a bit more preload to account for your weight, you can try setting the front to one or two lines showing, and the rear to #7 from full soft.
