suspension settings

my last post was in correct. all i need is for someone to tell me if for example,in the reccomended suspension settings screen on sport rider.does lets say 7 clicks out on rebound damping.does this mean 7 clicks out from full hard? Or 7 clicks out from full soft?

Best thing you can do is have a pro set-up your suspension.
K&N motorcycles in Tulsa did mine and it made a world of difference then again, their race mechanic is a bada$$. His name is Phil, can't remember his last name, though I'm sure Trevitt can tell you about his Golden Wrench Awards , working on Roberts 500GP team and working at Showa.
Pick up the March copy of Road Racing World, to read about one their other mechanics, Sam McDonald.
BTW Tyler, Sam's son, recently ran a 1:20 lap at Hallet on their '05 R6 race bike!!!

It's clicks or turns out from full hard (stiff). Turn the adjuster in, clockwise, until it's lightly seated. That is full stiff. Back it out, counterclockwise, the number of turns or clicks.
