Hi, im new to this site there's load of good info, But what im looking for is setting on my 2009 zx6r for track not road im 80kg and the bike has been set up for my weight but it feels too hard and its not holding a tight line when im coming out of the corner on the power it spins up pretty easy too. Are the setting on the suspension guide for a 80kg rider and are they for the road or track.

You need to start your own thread rather than post on a sticky with a different title.
Settings are for a 68kg rider, intended for both road or track.
